Tasks
 
• Lead and coordinate the RLDP team in all matters of capitalisation of experience (evidencebased
learning)
• Assist the Monitoring and Capitalisation Manager in the field of monitoring activities
• Coordinate the writing of capitalisation reports
• Present and disseminate capitalisation reports
• Maintain and regularly update website
• Regularly inform media partners on RLDP news and events
 
Qualifications
 
• Degree in relevant subject
• Minimum 6 years of practical experience
• Practical experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of at least 6 years
• Good understanding of market and private sector development issues
• Proven skills for data collection and analysis
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills
• Good writing and presentation skills
