Tasks.

• Plan and implement strategies for enhancing private and public extension services in
collaboration with Business Analysts of RLDP sub-sectors and partners
• Facilitate the creation and strengthening of private extension services
• Develop and implement strategies for the increased use of rural advisory services
• Prepare, implement and monitor interventions with partners and prepare all required documents
• Ensure reporting by partners and collection of monitoring data
• Collaborate with Business Analysts in other sub sectors, cross-sector services and cross-cutting
themes
 
Qualifications.

• Graduate in economics or agronomics or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of practical experience
• Practical experience in working with extension service
• Background from private sector is desirable
• Good understanding of market development
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills
• Good writing and presentation skills
