The responsibilities for this role comprise:

• Leadership, management and control of the project in terms of resourcing, program, budget and quality

• Management of plant and equipment

• Management of multiple contracts within Dar Es Salaam over the course of the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 15 years international associated experience in relation to road construction supervision and contract administration under FIDIC Conditions of Contract.

• Candidates must have completed at least three (3) road construction projects of similar magnitude and complexity, at least one of which must have been undertaken in a developing country, preferably in an urban environment.

• The project will be initially 14 months which will most probably be extended.

• Strong communication and problem solving skills
