Position Description:

Experience: 7 - 12 Years

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - CA

This position would be responsible for:

• Responsible for the accounts and finance functions of the Unit

• Finalization of accounts and tax matters in accordance with Group’s policies

• Consolidation of all accounts of the multiple units under a segment

• Handling day-to-day functions of the Units’s Accounting department, banking transactions and treasury operations

• Ensure compliance of statutory returns such as VAT, IT, etc., and also ensure statutory payments on time

• Handling Letters of Credit, negotiation of such with banks, finalization of international commercial contracts and other commercial aspects

• Preparation of Finance MIS

• Preparation of working capital and term loan applications

• Dealing with banks and Financial Institutions for raising working capital and long-term debt funds      

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA

• 7 to 12 years relevant experience

• Hands on experience in all accounts functions
