The ideal candidate must be:

• A Graduate in Human Resource Management

• Candidate with MBA will be preferred.

• Have 5 years experience in supervisory role in HR

• Candidates with experience in Banking field will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

• Be organized and methodical

• Posses analytical skills

• Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
