Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up to date information on all existing and new multi-country HRH CONSIRTIA.
Support all existing institutional training programs in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda,Malawi, Zambia, The Gambia, Mozambique, Senegal, Cameroon, Ghana andNigeria.
Work to support the alignment of sight Savers country HRH strategies with existing National HRH plans.
Support and help develop new partnerships with regional and continental bodies such as the East Africa, Central and South Africa (ECSA)
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Health, Social Sciences, Public Health), Masters Degree in advantageous.
Minimum of 5 working experience in eye health in Africa
Ideally in Ministry of Health
5 years of management experience in Africa, ideally with an international health agency and cross culture across Africa.
