Position Objective & Responsibilities

Responsible for all marketing and sales activities of the organization. He would be accountable for preparing market plan for business growth through proactive approach, take up challenging tasks and achieve the same through effective leadership and his team. He would be responsible achievement for sales targets

Experience	7 – 12 years experience at senior levels out of which at least 5 years should be in a senior position in a similar industry. Persons with experience in selling agro chemical products will be a distinct advantage.
Attributes	He should be mature, energetic and a long term person with ability to set challenging sales targets and achieve them. Good communication, Interpersonal and analytical skills with sound decision making abilities. He should be a people motivator and should be able to build team and work through them.
