Position Description:

Job summary:

Responsible for gathering analyzing information as well as coordination of strategy plans across the customer operations division. Responsibility may also include involvement in various projects such as Operational Reporting/ Dashboard, Customer Satisfaction Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Operation Impact Analysis and the like. He/She must also be able to contribute innovative ideas and has an analytical approach to problems.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• To understand customer services operation requirement and continuously developing and enhancing management and operation reports/analysis to support business strategic.

• Process customer data on daily/weekly/monthly basis to generate reports for management audit and review to ensure division targets all Key Performance Indices are achieved.

• To produce comprehensive, readable and easy to understand reports.

• Collects, analyzes and to identify potential gaps, customer needs and customer problems affecting operations.

• Prepares reports, analyzes and survey ongoing trends/problems which affect complete customer satisfaction, as and when required by management.

• Responsible for customer complaint management analysis and customer quality support analysis

• To work closely with Operation and Management team in providing feedback and recommendation on areas for improvement for better process and performance result

• To consolidate, prepare and analyze monthly reports for all units in Customer Operations and provide recommendation(s) based on the analysis obtained. This includes preparation of Business Performance Report & Commentary Reports, and coordinate reports requirement(s) from various channels such as Business, HQ, Regulatory and etc.

• Developing business cases based on business requirements

• Maintaining the reporting / data / information of Customer Operations Department

• Ensure the preparation of Customer Operation’s reports on a timely and accurate basis, thus to ensure timely response to the management.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Drafting / documenting / updating of reporting process flows & procedures.

• Ability to handle internal customer requirement/issues and ability to resolve issues within service level standards

• Research related operation problems, trouble shooting and propose effective recommendation.

• Acts as a direct contact for the respective various departments to resolve the related operational issues.

• Accepts tasks, assumes ownership, and ensures follow through for any other assigned tasks.

• Performs other related duties as assigned such as customer relations, and manager assist duties.

• Make decisions on situation where no existing policy or precedent has been established with the approval from the Manager, and during the absence of the Manager

Necessary Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business studies/Administration/ Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Statistics or equivalent.

• At least 4 years’ experience in analytics and management reporting.

• Good spoken and written English is a must.

• Possess strong interaction and communications skills, in particular, report writing - able to write succinctly and precisely.

• Must possess data analytical passion; with good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Computer literate; able to mitigate Microsoft Excel (advance level or higher), Microsoft Access,
SQL (preferred) Microsoft words and Microsoft Power point applications at Advance Level.

• Good understanding of performance measurement and profitability methodologies.

• Ability to perform statistical analysis and produce analytical and informative reports.

• Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to work under pressure, enthusiastic and ambitious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner and a self-starter in learning new skills.

• A good team player.

• Strategic mind-set.
