Doctorate (PhD) level is desirable
in a relevant field such as
agriculture economics or relevant
technical areas such as
agriculture, agronomic, natural
resources management. Land
reforms, forestry, water,
agribusiness or finance

· A minimum of 8 years of relevant
operational experience

· Ability to lead strategy
development and to translate
strategies into result on the
ground while maintaining a strong
sense of realism with regard to incountry
conditions and
implementation capacity;

· Strong skills in resolving
implementation issues
