Qualification
• Holder of a master’s degree in computer science /engineering or MIS or related field or equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 yrs experience relevant working experience with 2 yrs in the ICTs sector
• Registered by the engineers registration board in any category may be an added advantage
• Certificate in utilities regulations or Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA or Possession of a relevant professional certification in networking will be an added advantage
