Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure good hygiene in the plant and continuous improvement of process and product quality

Promote excellence in value chain

Provide technical advice

Facilitate team problem solving and decision making

Work in teams.

Competence requirements

Min- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences preferably in Microbiology or other Biological Sciences and equivalent.

Ideal – Bachelor of Science in Food Technology with IBD Diploma

Min – 6-12 months on the job training

Ideal – 3-6 months on the job training

1-2 years experience as a laboratory Technician – in Microbiology Laboratory Qualified Taster
