Qualifications
• Must be fully qualified professional accountant with ACCA, CPA and registered with NBAA as an authorized accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or business administration from a reputable university
• Must also possess an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications with at least 10 yrs proven experience in a busy group accounting environment and working knowledge of human resource management
• Experience in agro industrial company will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other Tanzania
