Purpose of the role
To formulate security policies/procedures for SBL and to monitor implementation of set standards/breaches of procedures.
To collect, collate and disseminate industrial, market and security intelligence reports to the management to enhance timely response.
To investigate serious crimes/incidences and to liaise with the police, company legal agents, and Government authorities on the same and feedback the management
Ensuring that SBL manages safety and risks within all sites and enforce the taking of appropriate actions by all team members in order to make safety and risk management number one priority in the business.
Control and direct security contractor performance at all sites.
Provide professional security services aimed at protecting and preventing company property, assets, products and information from theft, misuse, abuse and destruction at thesite.
Qualifications & Experience required:
Minimum education of ‘A’ level Diploma certificate in conventional physical security and crime prevention.
Diploma certificate in advanced military police security operation
Courses in fire fighting, investigation, fraud awareness and prevention. Intelligence training
5 - 10 years working experience with the Security Company as a Senior Officer.
